Customers give "the" feedback that should be directing your business. They see your business through Fresh Eyes (excuse the pun!). They see your business from their perspective.  Their very unique perspective.  They do not see your business through your eyes.  Harsh Fact - It does not matter what you think about your products, services and your Team.  It only matters that your customers LOVE everything you present.

 

The purpose of a Customer Experience Review is to get that feedback.  To get an insight of what Experience you are creating for your Customers, you need to be checking in with them all the time.  Staying close to them through every channel you can and then retaining them by acknowledging you have heard and value their feedback.
