Q:  I am in business on my own.  Would you be able to work with me to create a Strategy?

A:  We can work with any business to create a Customer Retention Strategy.  It is not about the size of your business, it is about your approach and your willingness to Create a Customer Centric Culture.

Q:  I have started a business from scratch and do not have formal business skills.  Will your content benefit myself and my team?

A:  We have designed our content to help every business irrespective of your training to this point or your experience.  Each worksheet guides you through exactly what to do to ensure that you gain value and learning. The worksheets are also tools that you can keep to use going forward.

Q:  We have a very diverse team in terms of skills and education.  Is the Series only for leadership or do you present content that reaches all our demographics of staff?

A:  Most of our courses (Bar for Leadership courses) have been designed to share with every level.  A pivot in this market place will be successful if every person understands that they have a significant and valuable role to play in the objective for the business to Thrive going forward.  The worksheets will walk you through what your team has to contribute.  The key is to connect as a team before you can connect with any customers.  Another note:  We design bespoke content for most larger companies.  In this instance we will take the top line message and design bite size learning for your more junior staff if that is required.

Q:  Should the Leadership be the ones to do the course and then pass on to the staff?

A:  These are extraordinary times.  First prize is we do a mixed session from Day 1 when sharing content.  However, if you need to connect in tiers (for larger companies& operational reasons), we would plan to roll it out from leadership to ensure buy-in and then roll it out and then sessions where all their teams are united and you create the opportunity for the entire company to connect and focus on a Common Business Goal - Customer Retention.  Remember that every delegate will sign in to do their evaluations - but we urge you to do the work via whatever group facility you have.  A meeting room, a virtual room.  Download and share the resources with your team and get their buy in.
